Exhibitor Marketing Packages

WHAT YOUR SURTEX® 2014 PARTICIPATION INCLUDES
All booth packages include full installation of 8’ high side and back hard walls, and are furnished with lighting, carpeting, three chairs, one counter, wastebasket and company name sign. Drayage, use of on-site private meeting rooms, pre-show booth vacuuming, daily trash removal, secure overnight storage, operations assistance and BASIC Marketing Package elements are also included.

BASIC Marketing Package:

  • Directory listing – printed, distributed onsite to 6,000
  • Directory listing – online, for up to 9 months
  • Company inclusion in press outreach
  • Participation in SURTEX YouTube channel
  • Promotion of artist signings/events at booth
  • Participation in pre-show webinars – variety of topics
  • Two SURTEX Conference tickets – sessions of your choice

  • Distribution of press kits at onsite Press Center

In addition, marketing activities implemented by the SURTEX marketing team – interactive SURTEX website, print and electronic advertising, direct mail, e-communications, public relations and publicity, On the Surface, and industry relations – also benefit exhibitor participation.


MARKETING PACKAGE UPGRADES

Exhibitors wishing to enhance their own marketing efforts have the option of upgrade packages:


BONUS

  • Ongoing participation in the SURTEX online “Marketplace” for 2 months (value: $300)
  • Custom video* posted on surtex.com interior page for 2 months (value: $1,000)

PREMIUM

All of the elements in Premium package, PLUS:

  • Customized e-blast to select 2014 National Stationery Show® (NSS) exhibitors (value: $3,000)
  • One banner ad on the home page of the SURTEX website for 3 months (value: $1,500)
  • Inclusion in post-show e-blast to 6,000 SURTEX attendees (value: $1,800)
  • Feature story in On the Surface e-newsletter going to 18,000 industry professionals (value: $3,900)

PLATINUM
