SURTEX VIP Program for Exhibitor / Customer Privacy!

Pre-Show Hours: Your key customers will now be able to come see you early morning from 8 – 9 am on Show days.  You’ll be able to work with them quietly without others looking over their shoulders.  And you’ll be able to show them your entire collection(s) in a designed environment -- your booth -- rather than their studios.

Simply set up your appointments, and let us know who they are so our security guards will give them access to the show floor before opening time of 9am.  We can also arrange for their badges if they’re not pre-registered …. another amenity to make your key customers feel extra special!

Private Meeting Rooms:  You’ll have access to private meeting rooms on the show floor to work with your key customers without interruptions or anyone looking on.  Rooms will be set on the show floor, and will be available on an hourly basis between 9am – 6pm on all show days.  Each meeting room will be furnished with a small round table and 4 chairs.
